The Business Case

Your guests don't remember a room.
They remember a feeling.

The glampgrounds winning right now aren't selling a place to sleep. They're selling a story worth posting. The accommodation is the marketing, and a forgettable tent is a forgettable stay.

The OmegaTent is a destination in itself. The canopy is the canvas, fine art your guests get to sleep inside, spacious enough to stand in, comfortable enough that they ask where they can buy one. It books first, it photographs best, and it turns one stay into a feed full of free advertising for your property.

The accommodation people travel across the country for.
The OmegaTent, for Operators

The fastest way to turn open land into a booked, revenue-ready site.

One person. A few minutes. One tent standing.
A whole twenty-tent site in a single day.
No poles. No crew. No construction.

When the season shifts, deflate, move, and reimagine the whole site.

Art canopies guests can't stop photographing. Recycled fabric that keeps nearly three hundred bottles out of landfill. Tested through 75mph winds, hail, and Burning Man.

Helping you and your guests create a rare life, with Good inTents.

Why It Pays

An asset, not an expense.

Three ways the OmegaTent earns its place on your property, beyond looking unlike anything your competitors offer.

01

Books first, books fastest

Distinctive, fine-art accommodations command premium nightly rates and fill before standard inventory. Guests choose the experience they can't get anywhere else.

02

Marketing that runs itself

Every guest reaches for their phone. Your tents become content, your property becomes the backdrop, and your reach grows without an ad budget.

03

Built for staff, not specialists

One person, under ten minutes, no poles and no crew. Inflate at the touch of a button. Scaling up accommodations stops being a labor problem.

Questions Operators Ask

The straight answers.

Do glamping tents need building permits?

In most US jurisdictions, glamping tents are classed as temporary structures, so no building permit is required for seasonal setups. Local zoning and short-term rental rules still apply. Check with your county planning office before you break ground.

How long does a commercial glamping tent last?

The OmegaTent's 150D recycled ripstop canopy holds up through repeated guest turnover. The airframe is covered by a three-year commercial warranty. Canopy and inner fabrics typically last five to ten years of active use with proper off-season storage. Modular replacement parts are always available, so a worn canopy doesn't retire the tent.

Can I leave the tent up all season?

Yes. Three-season use anywhere in the continental US, and year-round use in warm climates. Not designed for heavy snow loads. Field-tested at Burning Man and through 75mph sustained winds, flooding rains, hail, and freezing rain.

How many tents do I need to start a glampground?

Most successful new operators start with two to six units, then add more as bookings stabilize. Send us your land and we'll render your first sites, free.

How does pricing work?

Every tent is priced on its own page, and you can buy one or a few right there. Planning a bigger site? Send us your land. We'll render it and quote your order.

What if a tent gets damaged?

Every commercial order ships with a complete repair kit. Commercial orders are covered by a three-year airframe warranty and six-month textile coverage, distinct from the ten-year guarantee for direct buyers. Modular replacement parts (canopy, inner, air frame components) are always available.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, for qualified operators. Ask about it on your discovery call.

Where are the tents made?

Designed in Colorado and Australia by Danielle Williams, a neurodivergent female engineer. Patented in the US, with two patents granted and one pending. Manufactured abroad to her specs.
