FAQs
ΩTent Set Up
It is simple to inflate the ΩTent to the recommended PSI setting.
- Unpack the ΩTent and unfold.
- Attach the included manual pump to tent value.
- Pump the tent to the recommended PSI setting.
What pumps work?
Every ΩTent includes a manual pump. However they also work with standard electric pumps with a Boston valve fitting. It is important that the pump used has a PSI indicator so that you don't overinflate. Do NOT inflate airframe above 12 PSI - doing so risks damage to the tent and personal harm.
What is the correct PSI?
- Inflated airframe to 8 PSI for regular usage
- Inflate airframe to 10 PSI for High Winds or Freezing Cold
- Do NOT inflate airframe above 12 PSI - doing so risks damage to the tent and personal harm
- Inflate door and shelves until firm - roughly 3 PSI
Are there valve adapters?
Yes. There are 2 valve adapters included with ΩTent. One is used for the airframe. One is used for the Door and Shelves. These adapters attach to the included pump.
ΩTent Pack down
To pack down an ΩTent open the vales on the doors and shelves, then move to the front and back airframe valves to release the air. Opening the main valve let's out a lot of air, which can be loud, so don't be surprised that's how it sounds. Once deflated, fold in half twice and roll. If ΩTent is damp, when you get home unroll and unfold so it can dry out before putting it away for storage.
