Inflatable ΩTent Set Up

It is simple to inflate the ΩTent to the recommended PSI setting.

  1. Unpack the ΩTent and unfold.
  2. Attach the included manual pump to tent value.
  3. Pump the tent to the recommended PSI setting.

How many does it sleep

The ΩTent is designed to sleep 5 adults. This number can change based on the specific people, how close you want to be, and if you are traveling with kids or pets.

IS IT FOR 4-SEASON TENT?

No, it is designed for 3-season camping. We successfully tested in light snow and freezing rain. This tent is not for winter camping.

ΩTent stands up to some snow but when it gets too heavy, they bend and don't break. Just brush them off and it bounces back up ❄️

Orders

Installment Payments

Yes, we are offering installment payments as a service from Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm. This allows you to buy and receive the order and then spread out payments over time.

The installment plan is an independent agreement between the customer and the installment plan provider. The installment provider will manage all the interaction about the plan directly with the customer.

With so many customers already using Shop Pay Installments and Affirm, there is no easier way to order now and enjoy the adventure sooner.

Preorders

We will be enabling Preorders for tents before they become widely available. At the time of Preorder you will be placing your order with a full payment which guarantees your position in line.

We will be providing updates along the way and a delivery date as we get closer to shipping your order.

With a limited amount of tents this year, be sure to place your order as soon as possible to get your tent.

Shipping Dates

With every order we are providing the most accurate shipping date possible. We will begin with Tiered Shipping Dates as listed on the product page.

Orders placed with a promised shipping date will ship on that date unless we specifically notify you of a change of date, either delayed or we can ship sooner.

Tracking Orders

When we ship your order we will sending tracking information. The Shipping Confirmation Email will confirm the products in the order and have a link to the carrier's site for detailed tracking.

Shipping, Delivery

Shipping Overview

We ship in-stock orders Monday - Friday and orders placed after 11am MT are processed the next business day. Processing the order takes 2 business days and then the package will ship.

The packaged tent weighs just over 60lbs in its shipping box, and measures 21" x 23" x 36". We are offering Ground Shipping to ensure the order arrives properly.

When the order is shipping, tracking is assigned and you will be notified via an Order Shipment Confirmation Email. This will have a link to official tracking on the carrier's site.

Shipping Regions

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional shipping fee. We hope to expand this in the near future, but we have no estimated date at this time.

We can not ship to PO Boxes.

We will be shipping orders from Denver, Colorado so the time to destination will vary between 2 and 5 regular delivery days depending on distance to your delivery area.

Tracking

A carrier tracking link will be included the Shipping Confirmation Email.

Please note, that once the tracking is enabled it may take up to 24 hours to show the first status by the carrier.

Signature On Delivery

Required. To best ensure your order arrives, we are requiring a Signature On Delivery for high value orders.

Returned packages will forfeit shipping costs in any issued refund.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your package at the time of delivery.

If you damage your tent through normal usage please contact us for advice and support on how to repair the tent to reduce environmental impact.

Returns

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a Change-Of-Mind-Return.

  • Change-Of-Mind-Returns accepted for 45 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • 10% restocking fee
  • No final sale items 

To be eligible for a Change-Of-Mind-Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, then we will issue a refund at the time of cancellation.

If granted a refund on a return we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
